La Chapelle red is our reference wine, coming from our oldest Syrah vines with a touch of Grenache. A limited production Minervois aged 18 months in oak.
Our new Albas Red marries the Mediterranean varieties of Syrah and Grenache. It seduces with notes of red fruits and liquorice, and is smooth and generous on the palate. Pairs well with grilled food and spicy dishes!
The Petit St Jacques red is an unoaked blend of Syrah, Grenache and Carignan. It seduces with notes of red fruits and liquorice, a true expression of Minervois wine.
