Shipping policy

We have a reliable delivery network via our bonded warehouse in the UK. Delivery is free for orders of £150 or more, and a flat fee of £10 for amounts less than that.

Wine is delivered between 9.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays). Our warehouse will be in touch to arrange delivery and endeavour to deliver your wine within 7 working days from receipt of your order (orders to most parts of England typically within 2 working days), or when is most convenient for you.

Please let them know where the wines can be left if you are out, and kindly note that we are charged a full delivery for each failed delivery, so please arrange for a time that works for you and don't hesitate to call them back if your plans change on 0203 500 0891. We can deliver to work addresses if more suitable.

Please note that deliveries to Islands and some areas of Scotland may take longer and are subject to a surcharge. Please contact info@chateaustjacques.com for a quote.

All goods must also be examined at the time of delivery. You can thus marvel at the refinement of our labels and the beautiful colours of the wines as you hold the bottles up to the sunshine pouring in from the South of France. ☀️
