La Chapelle red is our reference wine, coming from our oldest Syrah vines with a touch of Grenache. A limited production Minervois aged 18 months in oak.
La Chapelle white is our newest limited addition to the collection. 100% viognier, barrel fermented and aged for 12 months in 500L french oak barrels. Elegant and full-bodied wine with refreshing layers of apricot and white peach.
La Chapelle en Rose, our special, handcrafted and refreshing Rosé in honour of our 11th century chapel. Ideal for an apéritif or with a light dish.
La Collection: Le Pur Sans is the first in our limited edition Collection series. 100% organic Grenache, delicately worked and with no added sulphites. Gently unveiling itself as a rich and lively wine with delicious red fruit aromas.
Our Albas Red marries the Mediterranean varieties of Syrah and Grenache. It seduces with notes of red fruits and liquorice, and is smooth and generous on the palate
Albas white is back by popular demand, having sold out in record time in its first vintage. An unusual blend of Roussanne and Marsanne, this wine is fresh on the attack with vanilla and sugared lemons bringing roundness on the palate.
