La Chapelle red is our reference wine, coming from our oldest Syrah vines with a touch of Grenache. A limited production Minervois aged 18 months in oak.
La Chapelle white is our newest limited addition to the collection. 100% viognier, barrel fermented and aged for 12 months in a single 500L french oak barrel. Elegant and full-bodied wine with refreshing layers of apricot and white peach.
La Chapelle en Rose, our special, handcrafted and refreshing Rosé in honour of our 11th century chapel. Ideal for an apéritif or with a summer salad.
